    Join a workshop on how to cook authentic local dishes and have a delightful breakfast at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. Try original Korat dishes such as Pradoke Thai vermicelli, Korat-style grilled chicken, Korat-style som tam, and Korat stir-fried noodles. These will be served on the Toh Korat (Korat Table), where a rotating bamboo tray and betel nut containers are used instead of modern wares to incorporate the Isan culture.

    Participate in an expo at the 3,000-5,000 sq m Exhibition Hall Terminal 21 Korat, or visit other well-known venues such as Kantary Hotel Korat or Ruean Korat, a very special and beautiful traditional Thai-style wooden house.

    Relax into the tranquil nature of the Pak Chong District while having lunch. Stop to taste the Korat stir-fried noodles - a distinctive textured noodle dish cooked using a secret, traditional Korat recipe.

    Visit one of the leading wine producers in Thailand at GranMonte Vineyard and Winery, where you can sample different grape varieties including Shiraz, Chenin Blanc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The visit includes access to the tasting room, as well as some tempting homemade cuisine.

    Have an authentic and rare Isan-style wild cuisine at the edge of the river in Pak Chong before taking a short rest.
